Introducing DenPoints

 

What are DenPoints?

 

The Wax Den Points program awards you points, tracked electronically in our database, that can be redeemed for Wax Den services and products! This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to all of our clients.

 

How do I get started?

You don't have to do a thing! All Wax Den clients are automatically included in the program, and are already earning points.

 

How do I accumulate DenPoints?

It's easy. In addition to accumulating 10 points for every dollar you spend on services here at The Wax Den, DenPoints are also accumulated through everyday interactions with our studio. For instance, scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the studio, experiencing a service you have not tried before, referring a friend, etc.

Below is a list of the many ways you can accumulate DenPoints and their assigned value...

• 5,000 Points for referring a new client to The Wax Den.

• 2,000 Points for scheduling your next service during your first visit (new clients).

• 500 Points for scheduling your next service at time of check out.

• 300 Points for online booking with The Wax Den’s  “Booker” Online Appointment Service.

• 20 Points for each dollar you spend on home care products.

• 10 Points for each dollar you spend on Wax Den services

As you can see, it won't be long before you'll be enjoying a complimentary wax service, paid for with DenPoints! We'll be adding more ways to earn points as the program expands!

 

How much are DenPoints worth?

1000 DenPoints = $1.00 credited to your DenPoint account!

 

How many DenPoints do I have?

You can check how many DenPoints you have right now! You will find your Moments / American Male DenPoint balance listed when you log in to The Wan Den “Booker” Online Appointment Service. If you haven't registered for this service, please go to www.thewaxden.com sign up to get your Online User ID and Password for Booker. If you have booked online with us since March 2014, you already have an account.

 

How and when can I redeem my DenPoints?

Much like an airline frequent flier program, DenPoint redemptions are subject to a few rules and regulations:

• Minimum Redemption. There is a 15,000 Minimum when redeeming DenPoints.

• NJ Sales Tax.  DenPoints cannot be used toward NJ Sales Tax Redemption

• DenPoints cannot be earned on transactions, which utilize DenPoints as payment.

 

Are DenPoints redeemable for cash?

No. DenPoints are not redeemable for cash.

 

Do DenPoints expire?

Yes. DenPoints are accumulated on the calendar year, and expire at the end of the following year. For example, all DenPoints earned during the year 2014 will expire on December 31, 2015. DenPoints earned during the year 2015 will expire on December 31, 2016, etc. It is the client's responsibility to claim unredeemed DenPoints prior to expiration.

 

Are DenPoints affected if I cancel my appointment?

It depends. Since our rewards program is transaction based, points are awarded at the time of the sale. As such, points earned for scheduling your next appointment during your current visit are not awarded until that next visit occurs. If you cancel that next appointment, the points would never be awarded. Also, points are deducted from your rewards account if you fail to keep an appointment without calling to let us know. So to make a long story short, please call to reschedule any appointment you find you cannot keep and you never have to worry about it!
